Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive CPG sales experience, with mass retail and JBP knowledge.
• 5+ years in a senior sales leadership role within a sales brokerage or agency environment.
• Must live in or relocate to Bentonville, Arkansas area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual sales strategy aligned with client objectives and retailer priorities.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing sales and operations team; set KPIs and development plans.
• Lead joint business planning (JBP) with the retailer; negotiate terms and calendars.
• Act as strategic partner translating retailer insights into recommendations on pricing, assortment, and promotions.
• Present regular business reviews to client stakeholders and track performance.
