Job summary

Acosta Employee Holdco LLC in Rogers, AR is seeking a Senior Director Client Development to lead the Walmart in-store team. You will guide go-to-market strategies, create strategic plans, and present to Walmart’s buying team while coordinating with Acosta's BI, E‑commerce, and retail execution groups.

You will build sales stories, drive distribution expansion, manage client relationships at Walmart, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize performance, forecast, and achieve growth

Qualifications

• 10+ years related sales experience.
• 7+ years direct Walmart/Sam’s calls.
• Strong knowledge of sales function processes and cross-functional exposure.
• Knowledge of Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry required.
• Retail Link experience required.

Responsibilities

• Direct report responsibilities as team structure still being finalized.
• Manage key client business at Walmart.
• Create sales stories and presentations to support strategies.
• Develop and execute Client(s) strategic plan for Walmart.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among BI, E‑commerce, and supply chain.
• Monitor and report on sales performance analytics.
