Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 6+ years in technology/marketing technology strategy or digital transformation.
• Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps across multiple teams and partners.
• Strong Martech knowledge across CDP, CRM, personalization, analytics, and data governance.
• Experience with AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, AEM, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Excellent communication to translate tech into business materials.

Responsibilities

• Own Mazda Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, analytics, media activation, and data engineering.
• Translate business priorities into workstream plans, requirements, and roadmap inputs.
• Develop analyses and recommendations for build, buy, partner, defer, or stop decisions.
• Identify risks and dependencies and escalate with clear context and options.
• Support governance standards for taxonomy and audience governance with Claravine and tools.
