Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks a Director of Martech Technology Strategy to shape Mazda North America Operations’ enterprise Martech roadmap. You will own the integrated Martech picture across CDP, CRM, personalization, content operations, taxonomy, and analytics, translating strategic needs into roadmaps and use cases for cross‑functional teams.

The role requires four days in-office per week with travel to Mazda and partner locations as needed, leading audience governance, CRM, and journey

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technology strategy or related fields.
• Experience owning enterprise technology roadmaps across multiple teams, platforms, and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems including CDP, CRM, personalization, analytics, and journey orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Mazda Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, content operations, taxonomy, analytics, media activation, and data engineering.
• Translate Mazda’s priorities into a sequenced technology strategy, roadmap, and fundable use cases.
• Provide clear recommendations on build, buy, partner, defer, or stop decisions across the Martech ecosystem.
• Lead taxonomy governance and audience governance with Claravine as system of record.
