Job summary

Mazda North America Operations seeks a Director of Martech Technology Strategy to shape an enterprise roadmap connecting strategy to technology, data, and governance. You will own the integrated Martech picture, lead audience taxonomy and segmentation, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive measurable growth across Mazda's marketing ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technology strategy, marketing technology strategy, or digital transformation.
• Experience owning enterprise roadmaps across multiple platforms and teams.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems and governance.

Responsibilities

• Own Mazda Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, and data engineering.
• Define audience frameworks, segmentation, and measurement expectations.
• Lead governance for taxonomy and audience activation with Claravine and other tools.
• Set strategic direction for CRM and journey orchestration across owned channels.
