Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in New York is seeking an Associate Director of Martech Technology Strategy to drive Mazda North America Operations' enterprise Martech roadmap. You will translate business goals into technology decisions across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, analytics, and data engineering.

You will partner with Mazda stakeholders and delivery teams, shaping recommendations and preparing decisions for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, Business, Strategy, or related field.
6+ years of experience in technology strategy, marketing technology strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise delivery.
Experience shaping enterprise roadmaps across multiple teams and partners.
Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems including CDP, CRM, personalization, analytics, and data governance.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Customer Journey Analytics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Excellent written and verbal communication, translating complex tech into business materials.

Responsibilities

Own Mazda Martech roadmap across CDP, CRM, personalization, taxonomy, analytics, and data engineering.
Translate priority goals into workstream plans, requirements, roadmap inputs, and governance.
Develop materials to support build, buy, partner, defer, or stop decisions.
Define audience frameworks, segmentation, activation requirements, and measurement expectations.
Support governance standards across Claravine, AEP, RT-CDP, AJO, CJA, and related tools.
Lead workshops and executive sessions to align on roadmap decisions.
