Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions seeks an Associate Director of Martech Technology Strategy to lead Mazda North America Operations’ enterprise Martech roadmap. You will translate business goals into tech decisions across CDP, CRM, personalization, and governance, driving measurable growth.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, lead design of audience taxonomy, and ensure alignment with executives and partners. This role requires in-office presence four days a week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the listed fields.
• 6+ years of technology strategy/marketing tech experience in related domains.
• Strong knowledge of Martech ecosystems incl. CDP, CRM, analytics, and governance.
• Experience with Adobe products or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Ability to define audience frameworks and taxonomy standards.
• Proven ability to influence multi-partner programs and lead workshops.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own Mazda Martech roadmap and translate priorities into workstream plans.
• Define audience frameworks, segmentation, activation requirements, and measurement expectations.
• Collaborate with data engineering to validate feasibility and activation dependencies.
• Coordinate across Mazda Marketing, IT, Data Privacy, Analytics, and partners.
• Lead workshops, roadmap reviews, and executive alignment sessions.
