Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in any area of social science, business, marketing, advertising, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling in business performance analysis, forecasting, promotion and media effectiveness and optimization, and consumer behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with senior leadership.
• Experience with end-to-end data analytics from ideation to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and optimize analytics models and dashboards for real-time decision making.
• Manage attribution solutions (MTA) and collaborate with MMM partners.
• Translate data into actionable business insights for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with IT, data scientists, and consultants to deliver analytics solutions.
• Apply AI/ML concepts to marketing problems and measure impact.
