Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with end-to-end data analytics from ideation to deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and optimize marketing measurement techniques (MMM, MTA).
• Identify and track marketing analytics KPIs to measure performance.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and consultants to build models and dashboards.
• Deliver timely marketing performance reports and translate data into insights.
