BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing Science to drive analytics across paid, owned, and earned media. You will lead modeling, attribution, and dashboards while collaborating with IT and data teams to enable data-driven marketing decisions.

The role requires deep expertise in MMM/MTA, SQL, Python, and data visualization, with strong communication to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling in marketing.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to senior leadership.
• Experience implementing end-to-end data analytics from ideation to deployment.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, and R.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and maintain marketing attribution solutions (MTA) and MMM integrations.
• Partner with DD&T to ensure data accuracy, governance, and real-time dashboards.
• Translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Support agile decision-making with dashboards and reports.
