You will guide measurement across paid, owned, and earned media and partner with senior stakeholders. The role requires strong SQL, Python, and R skills, experience with MMM and MTA, data visualization (Power BI/Tableau), and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Formación

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in marketing, business, social science, or related field.
• 7+ years in advanced analytics, forecasting, promotion, or media optimization.
• Ability to communicate insights to senior leadership clearly.
• Growth mindset with curiosity and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support strategies and goals.
• Provide guidance on marketing measurement methods and models.
• Develop and maintain KPIs; build analytics dashboards with stakeholders.
• Partner with data scientists, IT, and consultants on models and reports.
• Analyze and quantify value of opportunities; apply AI/ML where relevant.
• Ensure timely delivery of marketing performance insights.
