Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Sr. Manager of Marketing Science to drive advanced analytics, optimize marketing campaigns, and deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with data science, IT, and external partners to build and deploy attribution models and dashboards. The role requires extensive experience in MMM, MTA, loyalty, web analytics, and AI/ML applications in marketing, with strong SQL, Python, and R skills and fluency in data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, analytics, or a closely related field.
• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience communicating insights to senior leadership.
• Experience with data analytics end-to-end from ideation to deployment.
• Growth mindset and curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support strategies and goals.
• Develop and optimize marketing measurement techniques across MMM, MTA, and attribution.
• Deliver timely marketing performance reports and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with data scientists, IT, and consultants to build models and dashboards.
• Translate data into contextual insights for the business.
