BioLife Plasma Services seeks a Sr. Manager of Marketing Science to advance our marketing data and analytics capabilities. You will drive analytics for paid/owned/earned media, build models, and present insights to senior stakeholders.

This role reports to the Head of Analytics within the Global Forecasting, Pricing, and Analytics team. You will partner with data scientists, IT, and consultants, shaping dashboards and real-time insights while applying AI/ML techniques to improve marketing

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in advanced analytics and statistical modeling.
• Experience with data analytics end-to-end, from ideation to deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including senior leadership exposure.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, positivity, and excellence-driven approach.
• Experience with AI/ML applications in marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead marketing science initiatives to develop advanced analytics aligned with marketing goals.
• Provide thought leadership on marketing measurement techniques and experiments.
• Partner with media agency and MMM to optimize media mix output.
• Develop and maintain marketing attribution solutions (MTA).
• Identify KPIs to track performance and collaborate with data teams on models.
• Design dashboards and reports for real-time decision-making.
• Translate data into contextual insights for cross-functional audiences.
• Collaborate with DD&T to ensure data accuracy and governance.
