Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services, a Takeda subsidiary, seeks a Senior Manager of Marketing Data Science to drive advanced analytics for marketing strategies. You will lead MMM/MTA initiatives, build dashboards, and partner with IT and data teams to deliver insights that guide campaigns and growth.

The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders, expertise in SQL, Python, and R, and experience across paid, owned, and earned media measurement. Hybrid work in Bannockburn, IL is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in business, marketing, analytics or related field.
• Experience with end-to-end data analytics, stakeholder engagement, and deployment to scale solutions.
• 7+ years in advanced analytics, forecasting, and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead marketing science initiatives to support marketing strategies and goals.
• Develop and manage marketing attribution solutions (MTA) and MMM optimization.
• Deliver timely marketing performance reports and translate data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Data, DT and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and governance.
• Design dashboards and data extracts for real-time decision making.
