Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of our marketing engine across B2B and B2C analytics. You will partner with marketing leadership, surface insights, and drive concrete recommendations.

The role spans attribution, pipeline analytics, SEO analytics, dashboards, and self-serve metrics. Remote-friendly, US-based, with competitive salary and stock options under our Total Rewards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related data functions.
• Owning marketing measurement end to end including tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on consumer acquisition data experience and attribution.
• B2B marketing and pipeline analytics with attribution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting foundations for marketing to drive measurable impact.
• Own attribution models and data flow across Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Build dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Analyze SEO metrics and organic performance to inform product decisions.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering to define event tracking and data models.
• Translate analyses into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
