Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will be embedded with the marketing and growth teams and report to the Manager of Operational Analytics.

You will partner with Data Engineering to define events, build dashboards, and surface actionable insights for senior leadership, balancing rigorous analytics with practical business impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms.
• B2B marketing and pipeline analytics experience.
• Experience with Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce and data diagnostics.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights.
• Senior IC with mentoring ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for B2B marketing and pipeline.
• Own attribution model and data flow between Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading indicators for pipeline health and forecasting.
• Measure B2C acquisition, attribution, and funnel performance end-to-end.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering to define events and data models.
