Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine on both B2B and B2C sides. As a senior IC on the Analytics team, you will partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional partners to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions.

You will own measurement foundations, attribution models, and dashboards, while collaborating with data engineering to define event tracking and semantic layers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing & pipeline analytics, defining metrics and reporting foundations.
• Measure marketing-sourced demand and its impact on pipeline and revenue.
• Lead attribution and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake; ensure reliability of tracking.
