Niche, the leader in school search, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve marketing performance across B2B and B2C growth. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to turn data into actionable insights, build trust, and influence decisions with rigorous analysis.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking through reporting and recommendations.
• Proficiency with consumer acquisition data and multi-touch attribution.

• Define metrics and reporting for B2B marketing pipeline and B2C growth.
• Own attribution models and data flow between platforms (Marketo, Salesforce, Snowflake).
• Develop dashboards and self-serve views for leadership and cross-functional partners.
