Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how marketing performance is measured and improved across B2B and B2C channels. This senior, IC role sits with the Analytics, Marketing, and Growth teams, partnering with leadership to surface insights and guide decision making.

You will own attribution, funnel analysis, and dashboards, partnering with Data Engineering to define events and semantic layers, while driving AI-assisted analytics to improve outcomes across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field; 5+ years marketing analytics or related field.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle and attribution.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and diagnosing integration problems.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define metrics and reporting foundations for marketing to schools and districts.
• Measure channel and campaign contribution to pipeline and revenue.
• Own B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop end-to-end registration and acquisition measurement and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing on media mix and forecast models.
• Provide analytics support to Growth Marketing and Lifecycle teams.
