Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing performance across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions that impact pipeline, registration, and engagement.

You will be deeply involved in attribution modeling, SEO analytics, and building self-serve dashboards while collaborating with Sales and Product to ensure data quality and impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and paid media.
• Experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Translate complex findings into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Fast-paced cross-functional environment experience.
• Senior proficiency in SQL.
• Data visualization proficiency (Tableau/Looker/Similar).
• Python or R knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end marketing measurement and reporting.
• Define metrics for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for pipeline health.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Collaborate with Data Eng to define event tracking.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership.
• Monitor organic search performance and SEO metrics.
