Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will work closely with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights, build dashboards, and influence decisions with rigorous data-driven analysis.

As a senior IC, you will partner with Marketing Leadership, mentor peers, and drive attribution, funnel tracking, and AI-assisted analytics initiatives across the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data, web analytics, and paid media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement foundation for how Niche markets to schools and districts; define metrics, calculations, and reporting.
• Own B2B marketing and pipeline analytics, including attribution and data flow across systems.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and forecasting
• Own the B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure; ensure reliable tracking across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end to end; measure funnel performance and channel attribution
• Measure paid acquisition efficiency and collaborate with Growth Marketing on budgets and forecasts
• Maintain dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership
• Partner with Product and Data Eng to define event tracking and data models
