Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface insights, recommend actions, and stay with the work through implementation.

This is a senior IC role embedded with marketing teams, requiring SQL proficiency, strong analytics storytelling, and a track record of building self-serve dashboards and reliable attribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's a plus.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Own marketing measurement from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data and attribution.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce; data integration skills.
• Proven ability to translate analyses into actionable insights.
• Proficient with SQL; able to build reliable dashboards.
• Comfort with exploring AI-assisted analytics tools.
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools and districts.
• Determine channels that contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Develop leading indicators for pipeline health and forecasting.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow.
• Support growth tests, dashboards, and self-serve metrics.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end for B2C.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking.
