Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across both B2B and B2C channels. This senior IC role lives on the Analytics team, embedded with marketing and growth, reporting to the Manager of Operational Analytics.

You will define metrics, build dashboards, lead attribution in Marketo Measure, and partner with Marketing, Sales, Lifecycle, Product, and Data Engineering to drive trusted decisions and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Proven ability to own marketing measurement end-to-end: tracking, reporting, and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and attribution (web analytics + paid media).
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead to pipeline contribution and conversion to closed business.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (Marketo, Salesforce).
• Strong ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own measurement foundations for B2B and B2C marketing analytics.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth and leadership.
• Lead attribution modeling and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Eng to ensure reliable tracking and reporting.
• Design and interpret growth tests; size opportunities and communicate findings clearly.
