Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle to surface insights and drive data-informed decisions.

In this senior IC role, you will embed with marketing and analytics teams, build dashboards, and mentor peers while advancing a robust semantic layer and AI-assisted analytics within the data stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or related function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter for marketing and pipeline; specify calculation methods and reporting locations.
• Attribution and channel analysis for marketing-sourced demand and pipeline impact.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for early pipeline health signals.
• Own B2B attribution model including data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake; ensure tracking reliability.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with transparent methodology.
