Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and boost marketing performance across B2B and B2C domains. This senior IC collaborates with Marketing, Growth, and Analytics to surface insights, provide recommendations, and sustain impact across campaigns and channels.

You will partner with Marketing Leadership, Data Engineering, and Sales to ensure accurate attribution, robust dashboards, and actionable insights that drive pipeline and user growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field and 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms including attribution and its limitations.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement foundation for marketing to schools/districts; define metrics and reporting ownership.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure; ensure reliable data flow between systems.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for pipeline health and business forecasting.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end: funnel performance and channel attribution.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix, budgets, and growth tests.
• Create marketing dashboards and self-serve views for leadership.
