Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will work embedded with Marketing, Growth, SEO, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights, deliver clear recommendations, and stay with the work through decisions.

You will partner with Marketing and Sales to ensure reliable attribution, build dashboards, and mentor analysts while championing AI-assisted analytics and data-driven decision making across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years in marketing analytics or data analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and attribution across channels.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing to schools and districts.
• Develop attribution and pipeline analytics for B2B and B2C growth.
• Own B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for teams.
• Measure registration funnel performance and paid acquisition efficiency.
• Partner with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking and data models.
• Mentor analysts and promote AI-assisted analytics.
