Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and optimize marketing performance for B2B and B2C. You will partner with marketing, growth, product, and data teams to surface insights, drive recommendations, and persist through decisions with clear metrics and models.

You will build measurement foundations, own attribution definitions, and deliver dashboards that answer critical questions about channels, campaigns, and pipeline health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
• B2B marketing and pipeline analytics with multi-touch attribution.
• Experience with Marketo, Salesforce, and attribution data and diagnosing connections.
• Able to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
• Proficient in SQL; strong data visualization skills; Python or R familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Define metrics that matter and where reporting lives for visibility.
• Measure channels and campaigns that generate pipeline and revenue.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for early pipeline health signals.
• Own B2B attribution model with Marketo Measure and data flows.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with documented methodology.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end to end.
• Collaborate with Growth Marketing on media mix and budgets.
• Build and maintain dashboards for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Maintain organic search analytics and track traffic shifts.
• Partner with Product/Data Engineering to define event tracking.
