Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how the marketing engine is measured and optimized across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing leadership to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions that shape growth and pipeline.

Embedding with marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams, you will build dashboards, refine attribution, and ensure data quality from collection to reporting, while championing AI-assisted analytics across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Own marketing measurement end to end—from tracking to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
• Experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution.
• Strong ability to translate complex analytics into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define metrics and reporting to measure how marketing drives pipeline and revenue.
• Own attribution models and data flows between marketing tools, CRM, and data warehouse.
• Develop leading indicators and dashboards for marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams.
• Collaborate with product and data engineering to standardize event tracking and semantic layer.
