Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and insights across B2B marketing, pipeline analytics, and B2C growth. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to turn data into actionable recommendations and drive strategic decisions.

You will define metrics, build dashboards, manage attribution in Marketo Measure and Salesforce, and ensure data quality across the stack. The role is remote nationwide with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and multi-touch attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce).
• Proven ability to translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Define metrics and attribution models for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Build measurement foundations and dashboards to show how marketing channels contribute to pipeline and revenue.
• Own end-to-end registration and acquisition measurement across channels.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix and forecasting decisions.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting to give early signals on pipeline health.
• Assess data quality and ensure reliable data flows between Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and semantic layers.
