Niche is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing, growth, lifecycle, and data engineering to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-driven decisions.

In this role you will own the attribution model (Marketo Measure) and ensure clean data flows between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking implementation through to reporting and recommendation.

Responsabilités

• Own how marketing measurement is defined and reported across B2B and B2C domains.
• Define metrics, data sources, and reporting for pipeline and acquisition analytics.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Data Engineering on tracking and attribution.
• Develop first-hand understanding of how data is used and identify gaps to address.
• Own the attribution model in Marketo Measure and ensure reliable data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve views for leadership.
