Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and optimization of its marketing engine across B2B and B2C. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams to surface insights and drive data-driven decisions while owning attribution, dashboards, and self-serve metrics.

This is a fully flexible, remote-friendly, salaried role with a strong rewards package. You will work on end-to-end marketing measurement, including attribution with Marketo Measure, Salesforce

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5+ years in marketing analytics
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms (GA4, Meta, Google Ads) including attribution
• B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution
• Experience with Marketo, Marketo Measure, Salesforce integration
• Strong ability to translate findings into actionable insights
• Fast-paced cross-functional environment resilience
• Senior proficiency in SQL

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics
• Own attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce
• Develop early signal pipelines and dashboards
• Analyze organic search performance and SEO analytics
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking
• Provide clear, actionable insights to leadership
