Job summary

Niche seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own measurement and insights across its marketing engine for both B2B and B2C. You will partner with marketing, growth, and data teams to surface insights, provide recommendations, and shepherd initiatives to impact.

The role requires strong SQL, data visualization skills (Tableau/Looker/Streamlit), experience with Marketo and Salesforce, and a proven ability to translate analytics into actionable business guidance. Remote-friendly and full-time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or related data function.
• Demonstrated experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking through to reporting and recommendation.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms with attribution and its limitations.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead/MQL lifecycle, multi-touch attribution, and pipeline contribution.

Responsibilities

• Define metrics and reporting for marketing and pipeline analytics across B2B and B2C.
• Own the attribution model and data flow between marketing tools and CRM.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
