Niche is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C. You will work day-to-day with marketing, growth, and analytics teams, reporting to the Manager of Operational Analytics, and define rigorous measurement foundations.

You will build dashboards, drive attribution, forecast pipeline, and partner with Data Engineering to ensure reliable data. Remote-friendly, with strong compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data and attribution across channels.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.

Mansioni

• Define metrics and reporting for B2B marketing and pipeline analytics.
• Own the attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce and Snowflake.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth and leadership.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Data Engineering to align event tracking and data models.
• Measure and optimize paid acquisition efficiency and organic search analytics.
• Mentor analysts and communicate insights to senior leadership.
