Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing leadership to surface insights, drive decisions, and stay with the work through outcomes.

Embedded with Marketing, Growth, and Lifecycle teams, you will define metrics, streamline tracking, and build self-serve dashboards. 5+ years in analytics preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, from tracking to reporting.
• Proficiency with web analytics, paid media, and attribution data.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing and pipeline analytics measurement and reporting.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end to end with attribution.
• Surface insights with clear, actionable recommendations to marketing leadership.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for pipeline health and forecasts.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Eng, and Growth Marketing on tracking and models.
