Job summary

Niche is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C channels. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product Analytics to surface insights and provide actionable recommendations.

The role sits on the Analytics team, reporting to the Manager of Operational Analytics, and involves building dashboards, ensuring data quality, and driving data-informed decision making for pipeline and user acquisition.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing and pipeline analytics metrics.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end to end.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix and budgets.
• Define metrics and reporting for the marketing funnel.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define event tracking.
