Job summary

Niche in Clayton, NC is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own the measurement of its marketing engine. You will partner with Marketing and Growth to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions across B2B and B2C channels.

This is a senior individual contributor role embedded with Analytics, Marketing, and Growth teams. The role emphasizes proactive analytics, end-to-end attribution, dashboarding, and collaboration with data engineering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data and attribution (GA4, Meta, Google Ads).
• Experience with B2B marketing, pipeline analytics, multi-touch attribution, and CRM/attribution data.
• Translate complex analytics into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Senior proficiency in SQL and data visualization/dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing & pipeline analytics from measurement foundation to reporting.
• Define metrics, data sources, and reporting to show channel and campaign impact.
• Develop leading indicators for pipeline health and forecasts.
• Maintain attribution models across Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end and dashboards.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix and budget forecasts.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to define events and semantic layer.
• Ensure data quality and reproducibility of analyses.
