Ripple in Chicago is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to own analytics across growth marketing. You will build dashboards, drive attribution, and work with cross-functional teams to optimize pipeline and revenue. The role emphasizes AI-enabled insights and scalable measurement.

You will partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, and RevOps, using Salesforce and BI tools to automate reporting and improve forecast accuracy in a hybrid, in-office focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Deep expertise in growth marketing measurement across the funnel.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts as applied to marketing analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Looker.
• Experience with attribution modeling and media mix modeling.
• Proficient in SQL; Python or R is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across growth marketing functions.
• Lead visualization and reporting infrastructure for dashboards and narratives.
• Conduct pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Evolve attribution frameworks with AI for scalability.
• Apply AI-driven insights and predictive modeling to surface trends.
• Support experimentation programs with data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with RevOps, BI, and Marketing Ops to connect spend to pipeline and revenue.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting using AI.
