Job summary

Ripple is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Operations team. You will own analytics across growth marketing, from campaign performance to pipeline attribution, partnering with Growth Marketing, Finance, and RevOps to ensure data is accurate and actionable.

You’ll lead the visualization, dashboards, and attribution modeling, using AI-powered tools to automate insights and improve forecasting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics
• Deep expertise in funnel measurement for growth
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and data pipelines
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts in marketing analytics
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Looker
• Experience with attribution modeling, MMM, and incrementality testing
• SQL proficiency; Python or R is a plus
• Proven forecasting and budget-analysis experience with Finance/RevOps
• Excellent communication for technical and executive audiences
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across growth marketing functions, from spend to revenue.
• Lead dashboards and narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses and collaborate on spend pacing and forecasting.
• Evolve attribution modeling and performance frameworks with AI/ML for scalability.
• Apply AI-powered tools to surface proactive insights and accelerate insights.
• Support experimentation programs with data-driven lift analyses.
