Ripple Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics to own analytics and end-to-end measurement across all growth marketing functions on-site in Chicago, United States. You’ll translate data into clear dashboards and narratives for stakeholders at all levels, driving spend-to-revenue insights.

You’ll lead attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses, partner with Growth Marketing, Finance and RevOps, and evolve models using AI/ML.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Deep expertise in growth marketing measurement methodologies across the funnel.
• Experience building dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across growth marketing functions, ensuring reporting from spend to revenue.
• Lead visualization and reporting infrastructure across growth marketing, creating dashboards and narratives for stakeholders at all levels.
• Lead pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV, and ad spend distribution analyses; partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, and RevOps.
• Evolve attribution modeling and performance measurement frameworks, using AI and machine learning to improve accuracy and scalability.
• Empower experimentation programs with data-driven insights, including A/B testing and lift analyses.
