Job summary

Ripple Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to lead our growth marketing analytics and reporting efforts.

You will own analytics from campaign performance to pipeline attribution and partner with Growth Marketing, Finance, RevOps and other teams to ensure data accuracy and actionable insights. You'll champion AI-powered tools to automate workflows, improve measurement, and guide budget decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Deep expertise in funnel-based measurement for growth marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied to marketing analytics.
• Strong data visualization skills with Tableau/Looker.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end measurement across all growth marketing functions.
• Build dashboards and narratives for stakeholders.
• Lead pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses with cross-functional partners.
• Evolve attribution models using AI for scalability.
• Apply AI tools to surface proactive insights and faster decisions.
• Support experimentation with data-driven insights and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with RevOps, BI, and Marketing Ops using Salesforce and Tableau.
• Automate reporting and analytics workflows using AI.
• Ensure data quality across CRM and marketing systems.
