Ripple is hiring a Senior Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Operations team in New York. You will own analytics, reporting, and attribution across growth marketing, driving data-driven decisions to optimize pipeline and revenue.

The role emphasizes AI-powered tooling, scalable measurement, and cross-functional partnership with Finance, RevOps, and Growth Marketing. You will lead dashboards, forecast accuracy, and budget allocation, while championing experimentation and proactive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or a related field.
• Deep expertise in growth marketing measurement methodologies across the funnel.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM and marketing data pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts as applied to marketing analytics.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Experience with attribution modeling, media mix modeling, and/or incrementality testing.
• Proficiency in SQL; Python or R is a plus.
• Forecasting and budget analysis experience in partnership with Finance/RevOps.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Own analytics and end-to-end measurement across all growth marketing functions, from spend to revenue.
• Lead visualization and reporting infrastructure and develop dashboards for stakeholders.
• Lead pipeline attribution, ROI, CAC, LTV analyses to inform investment decisions.
• Evolve attribution modeling and performance frameworks using AI for scalability.
• Apply AI-powered tools to surface insights and enable proactive decision-making.
• Support experimentation programs with data-driven lift analyses and A/B testing.
• Collaborate with RevOps, BI, and Marketing Ops to tie spend to pipeline and revenue.
