Job summary

Niche, a leader in school search, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own marketing analytics across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface actionable insights, build dashboards, and drive data-informed decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, mentoring peers while leveraging SQL, data visualization tools, and a modern data stack to optimize acquisition and pipeline performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's is a plus.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics or related data function.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end to end, including tracking and reporting.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data.

Responsibilities

• Own B2B marketing and pipeline analytics from measurement to reporting and recommendations.
• Own B2C growth and registration analytics across channels and funnel performance.
• Build dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Define event tracking and data models with Product and Data Engineering.
• Mentor analysts and present findings to senior leadership with clear recommendations.
