Job summary

Workday is seeking a Managing Partner in the Diversified Industries practice to oversee the success of deploying and producing value for a portfolio of customers. You will lead executive relationships, drive deployment delivery, and expand value through additional services and offerings.

Success is measured by customer satisfaction, subscription retention, and revenue growth. You will guide cross-functional teams and partner with sales, consulting, and product teams to deliver outcomes and scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions at a project/program level.
• 2+ years direct experience with cloud-native HR or Finance software as an implementation leader or equivalent.
• 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships resulting in partnerships and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account and Service Executives to position or upsell Workday services, to maximize customer value.
• Ensure successful deployment of Workday, drive adoption, and guide feature implementations.
• Participate in sales cycles to support implementation activities for prospects entering the portfolio.
• Drive customer self-sufficiency by enabling engagement with Workday services.
• Team with colleagues to position extra value via in-subscription adoption and ecosystem offerings.
