Job summary

Workday is seeking a Managing Partner to lead the success of a portfolio of cloud ERP deployments in Diversified Industries. You will orchestrate executive relationships, ensure successful Workday deployments, and drive additional value and services within the customer portfolio.

You will collaborate with internal teams to deliver outcomes, foster customer satisfaction, and guide strategic plans across architectures, including governance and escalation management.

Qualifications

• Experience deploying large, sophisticated Cloud SaaS ERP (HCM & Fins) solutions.
• 10+ years’ experience at a project- and program-management level.
• 8+ years of developing and maintaining C-level relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the deployment and adoption of the Workday solution across assigned customers.
• Develop and maintain executive relationships and account plans with customer leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (sales, consulting, product) to ensure successful deployments.
• Drive adoption of new features and products to support customer strategy and outcomes.
• Lead reference motions and ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
