Job summary

Axon, a leader in public safety technology, seeks a Senior Director of Customer Deployment & Technical Account Management to lead a field team of TAMs and Mission Engineers onsite and regionally. You will drive outcomes and ensure high deployment health, adoption, and value across agencies.

You will coach a team across Technology, Sales, and Product, ensuring executives understand complex technical contexts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery, with 3+ years leading individual contributors.
• Strong coaching/mentoring track record.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes and drive deployment health, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the TAMs and Mission Engineers teams; define development plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success to reflect the customer’s reality in Axon.
• Share structured field insights with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
