Job summary

Axon, a leader in public safety technology, seeks a dynamic leader to drive field deployment and adoption across a TAM/Mission Engineer team. You will guide cross-functional efforts with agency IT and command staff to deliver measurable outcomes and maintain high program health.

You will mentor a team of technical professionals, ensuring robust security practices and effective communication with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Typically 7+ years in customer-facing technical delivery with 3+ years leading ICs.
• Coaching and mentoring record with proven growth of teammates.
• Technical range across hardware, software, cloud, networking, and integrations.
• Experience communicating with agency IT and senior stakeholders.
• Ownership of portfolio outcomes across multiple accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own portfolio outcomes: deployment health, adoption, time-to-value, and escalation trends.
• Coach and develop TAMs and Mission Engineers to be technically sharp and customer-confident.
• Stay fluent across SaaS, cloud, hardware, networking, and Axon platform components (Evidence, Records, Fusus, AI Era).
• Lead with customers, collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, PSO, and Customer Success.
• Build playbooks, delivery rhythms, and reusable patterns for scalable success.
• Ensure CJIS compliance and secure handling of data in agency environments.
