Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Account Manager to help public safety agencies deploy, adopt, and operate mission-critical technology. You’ll serve as a trusted technical partner, guiding deployments, resolving issues, and maximizing value within customers’ environments.

You will collaborate with agency stakeholders, Product, Engineering, and Support to ensure smooth integrations, improved adoption, and strong operational outcomes. 4+ years of TAM or related experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical account management, customer-facing delivery, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting SaaS applications, cloud platforms, software deployments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across teams to solve customer challenges.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned agencies.
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across Axon's software and integrated solutions.
• Lead troubleshooting and coordinate root-cause analysis across teams.
• Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer-impacting issues.
• Design, configure, test, and implement Axon solutions with deployment teams.
• Support onboarding and transition to steady-state operations.
• Help customers adopt new capabilities and optimize workflows.
• Develop insights using Power BI, SQL, and dashboards for operational decisions.
• Deliver advanced product training and create customer-facing docs.
• Work onsite with customers as needed to support deployments and trainings.
