Eaton is seeking a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - EMS & Electronics. This hybrid role can be located at Menomonee Falls, WI, with up to 50% travel in the US. Relocation benefits are provided within the United States.

The annual salary range is $146,000 to $215,000, with eligibility for a variable incentive program. You will lead supplier development strategy, drive manufacturing excellence, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to enable new product introductions and supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supplier development strategy for assigned regions, commodities, or business segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with performance expectations and succession plans.
• Provide oversight of supplier capability, manufacturing, operational, and capacity risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, process capability improvement, and structured problem-solving.
• Lead assessment of supplier production capacity, scalability, and readiness for forecasted demand.
