Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manager, Supplier Development Engineering - Special Process & Mechanical Assembly to lead a team and drive supplier capability, capacity, and readiness across special processes and assembly. The role is hybrid (remote/in-office) with relocation within the United States and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Quality or other related technical discipline.
• 8+ years experience in Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3+ years leadership experience managing technical teams and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supplier development strategy for assigned regions, commodities, or business segments.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Supplier Development Engineers with performance expectations and growth plans.
• Provide oversight of supplier capability, manufacturing, operational, and capacity risk assessments and mitigation.
