Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Consulting, Strategic to lead Ramp's largest and most strategic accounts. You will own post-sales technical implementation end-to-end—from discovery and design to go-live and expansion—collaborating with the Customer Activation team to align on milestones and value realization.

You will supervise a team of senior consultants, ensuring delivery quality, capacity planning, and KPI tracking while advising on solution design and executive-level

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical consulting, solutions architecture or professional services with enterprise experience.
• 2-3+ years managing individual contributors.
• Proven track record owning post-sales implementations for large, complex customers.
• Executive-level communication skills with CFO/Controller-level audiences.
• Experience aligning delivery and onboarding functions and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the Strategic Technical Consulting team and own hiring, onboarding, and career development.
• Accountable for post-sales technical implementation quality, timelines, and outcomes across the portfolio.
• Co-own activation milestones with Customer Activation to ensure time-to-value.
• Serve as terminal escalation point for complex technical and delivery challenges.
• Define the strategic delivery model with standards, reviews and engagement rules.
• Run the function with operating rigor: forecast capacity, balance workloads, track KPIs.
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership across departments to align on roadmap.
• Turn field insights into product requirements and champion them with Product and Engineering.
